Had that problem with my A plate GL - tried swapping back switches over (which were working) & no different - backs worked with front switches tho. Found tapping motor with someone operating switch got them going, but mine had been laid up for 4 years, so just stuck, however, this doesn't always work, but it's worth a try. If yours has been in daily use, then probably is the motor
