I have been told off various people to use them,so a couple of months ago i phoned and asked to be put through to parts.After a couple of minutes on hold i was told that they would call me back.Full of confidence with them having a remarkable reputation i waited.3 weeks later getting a bit fed up of waiting ,i tried again.I told the lady about their great reputation in Audi world,especially with URs.She put me on hold and a couple of minutes later said they are busy.Can they call you back,to which i told them of my 3 week wait.She unreservedly appologized and made a personal note so there would be no repeat.4 weeks have passed and im getting a bit bored of waiting.Some reputation,or have i just been unlucky???Will never use or recomend them in future.....

Amanda's post (#2) tells you all you need to know, it was an individual (and their enthusiasm), not a dealership that built SHA's reputation for Ur parts... The individual has gone, and so has the reputation.

Sadly missed, John Griffiths? Went off to (poached, i think) be involved in the TPS if I remember correctly. A very knowledgeable, empathic and helpful chap.

that..is exactly what i get up here....makes me laugh....i get the ''will phone you back...in a few weeks'' too

the best one ever..!!

phoned audi carlisle, having just been on their website and seen the 'parts dept.' (did) shut at 5.30pm....(i think..but you'll get the idea)

phoned at 5.15pm... the lady on reception said..they are busy..phone back in 20 minutes...

so.. i thought they will be shut in 20 min...so phoned back 5 min later..! at 5.20pm..

lady answered, quite clearly pissed that i had not followed her instructions, and said ''sorry..! parts dept. is closed now.''

i said..''the website says you dont shut till 5.30pm..''

she said....''THATS WHY I TOLD YOU TO PHONE BACK IN 20 MINUTES..!''....

...W.T.FFFFFK..!!!............
