ADT moan moan moan...

Just having a moan..........

had a fault on our alarm system at work back in January and PAID for an ADT engineer to fix the fault. No probs, it needed to be done.

Anyway, the fault persists, so Friday afternoon I rang up ADT again to send an engineer out to rectify (or RErectify!) the fault. They said they would be sending out an engineer within 4 hours and that they would get the engineer to call me prior to arriving.
Anyway, this never happened so though nothing more of it until locking up tonite, and I get an intermittent fault with one of the sensors again so had to override the system (not ideal) and when shutting the shutter I notice a slip of paper on the floor. Turns out it was from the alarm company who turned up at 20:35 on Friday night and put in big letters "NO ONE ON SITE TO ATTEND TO FAULT". Well, hardly fookin surprising really as you hadn't foned me, and if you think I'm sitting around on a Friday evening for several hours waiting for an engineer then you've got another thing coming.
Anyway, 20 minutes ago, I get called out again by ADT, to say I've got a technical intermittent fault with one of my alarms......

..........No shit Sherlock! I've reported this 3 times already and paid for an engineer to fix it, which he supposedly has done once already.

Hmmmmm, guess which feckin useless alarm company are gonna get a dose of my tongue in the morning, and if they think they can get away without a bill from me, they can fookin think again!

moan moan moan now over. ADT came today and fitted new sensors under warranty so no charge.
