there's been one of these for sale on carandclassic for a while now. its a ideal doner vehicle cos then you'd end up with nearly half a car between them

nah,the guy that won the auction didnt contact him,id been and had a look and offered 150 intending to banger race,he rang me and i bought it for 175........at present the car is 2 ft in the air, completely stripped, even all underseal and interior sound proofing to expose all rust, every bit of rust has been cut out, welding is about half done, the car is now on-the-button(was actually seized despite the fact guy rekons hed drove it),all suspension on one side has been removed, calipers unseized, bushes replaced, new cv boots,re-painted and re-fitted,passenger side next...ive sourced a complete re-firbded interior...once the welding and bodywork is done itll be 90% re-wired,all new brake pipes and fuel lines, then on to bodyshop for a coat of light silver base coat and 3 or 4 coats of laquer enabling a high polish, back together, mot, and on the road....simple innit!!haha
