Looking for the above cylinder head to have a look over with an eye to improvement.
I know the smaller capacity engines arent everyones idea of power but i like to see the underdog win occasionally. Condition dosnt really matter so long as its near enough complet as im only going to use it for test purposes and see what they make vs whats possible. Cheap would be good, free would be better... ![]() |

Not too worried about the age as its only for experimental porpoises (got the dolphin joke in...yes!
) just to see what theyre able to do stock and what can be gotten out of them.Kully, yeah as i recall the 1.3 gt's were a bit of a little pocket rocket, would be good to get an idea of what the stock heads make and what they can produce. ![]() |

Also about to scrap a 1.6GTi mk1 golf cylinder head unless you want it as a freebie?

Hi Jay, id not need the whole engine so if its in good nick id sell it in one piece if i were you, pointless to strip it down if it can be sold as a runner for someone mate.
Thanks for the offer of the 1.6 but thats basically as per the 10 valve heads so ill probably not learn anything extra there. ![]() Thanks anyway tho. |

Got a choice of two. One's a 1272cc early mechanical head off a HK engine. Other's off a hydraulic headed MH. Done 168k and 74k respectively.
