Default Audi equipment codes

So, the problem is - I would like to know what does means my A90q equipment codes from sticker @ boot, however, in ETKA MSP-Pages there is only 2-3 codes and, unfortunately, audi in 1990. model year changed equipment codes system - there is full internet of decoded new codes and code decoders, but I can't find one for old codes. Maybe someone can shed some light?

have a look here, may help depending on what you're specifically looking for

These are "new" codes - as I mentioned, VAG changed that system in 1990 and there is full internet with new code tables but no old codes

A90q, 1987.04

A80, 1988.12

When looking @ that example in that S2 page, u can see the difference.

er - bit confused now - actually not sure what you're after - are you saying you want audi equipment codes for pre-1990 cars ? I used that link to (correctly) identify the equipment options on a 1988 car - are you saying it's not relevant for your 1987 & 1988 cars ? if so, you may have to go to audi since it sounds like you may have country specific codes. didn't know that was possible, but really not sure, since that worked for my UK car

here's my UK codes, am sure that the info to decode them all is out there on the web, since I did it at one point, & all were accurate, although possibly not all via the link I posted up before

Can u find your codes here -> http://www.s2-audi.co.uk/tech_articl...al_options.htm ? I can't But that's logical, S2 starts @ 1991.
The most stupid thing is that ETKA doesn't contain full list of codes In ETKA I found 3 codes for A90q and 3 for A80

yes, you are right, that link I posted up was about as much use as tits on a fish for decoding your sticker. what's that in latvian? either way I'll have a look later, was sure that equipment code info was quite easy to find on web, but now that I try, I can't find it again
