Cigarette Lighter illumination

Hi I have a 1992 Audi 80,
Could anyone please tell me if there is a bulb around where you push the cigarette lighter in as mine does not light up, and if so how do you go about replacing it.

just had a look in my Haynes manual and my memory is right, there is a bulb for the fag lighter but no mention how you get to it.
Does it unscrew or can you get to it via the ashtray (when its taken out!)?

you have to take the lighter out and the surround to get to it,its a small capless bulb
