The one that sticks in my mind is the Matchbox Shell Oils Escort RS2000 from 1978. I even remember the MB no, 9. How sad is that? I remember painting the roof matt black on mine after taking the stickers of so it looked like Doyle's RS off The Professionals. It's all in the detail....and yes I even put Doyle's Reg No on it!

Bodie's Capri from Season 4 (VHK 12W) sold on ebay a couple of months ago for just over £20k. Doyle's RS which was in reality a 1976 R Plate (Hence the Rolltop headrests/F O R D badge on the boot) still exists also.

Action man? In the States, he was GI Joe, eagle eyes, 11" tall, with Kung-Fu grip.

For me it was a Tonka toy big yellow pit truck. these things were indestructible i used to use it as a skateboad go down slides on it sat down it lasted me a good few years until i discovered a spray can and a lighter were a deadly combination ........ Shame i torched it, maybe it could have been a future collectors item ??
