The exhaust maybe fine second hand at a stretch discs, but brake hoses i would not use second hand, they are not expensive and can break up internaly even if the outside looks fine

Pads, discs and hoses are must replace with new items imho.
Absolutely pointless to use unknown age/usage parts to save money itll just cost you more in the long run...like the entire car perhaps. All the brake components as far as i know are still gettable ( new word there? ) in one form or another, i just sourced a set of new brake calipers for Quasi, discs all round etc and although it wasnt cheap its was the better option. ![]() |

Yeah, I'd have to agree with the above.
![]() Though if you have the spondoolicks you can probably still get a new Milltek exhaust system from AM Cars, or Dialynx. Or the superb stainless 'standard' system from Roger at The quattro Workshop. |

I have a Dialynx exhaust manifold which has a tiny crack in it... who's doesnt ? and I think there is a down pipe kicking around as well.(WR 1983)
buy new brakes!! calipers are an exchange item so send your seized rusty ones back to Audi and you'll get a factory fresh one. ( I did with the UrS4 which uses a RR caliper if I aint mistaken) ![]()
