RHS Engine Mount ???

Does anybody recognise this engine mount (first picture) - is it still available? I was planning to replace it with a standard Quattro type mount (second picture) but should I mess with different mounts? This is a very early Audi 200 5T btw - same engine as a ur quattro.

The mount under the RHS of the engine - which supports more weight than the LHS.
