5 Branch Manifold

I'm after a tubular 5 branch for my KV anyone got one?? Or know where i can get one??

You're not the only one mate, i am too, i've got a tubular manifold off a 7A 20V but there's no chance of it fitting so i'm looking for alternatives to the cast iron lump.

Could you not get a new flange made up and welded to your 7a one??

More complex as the runner layout is different with the port spacing on 20v and 10v...

AFAIK nobody has made one, theres a few for 10v turbos but nothing for N/A. Could be done by a profficient welder if somebody had the time to design one, remember spacing is very limited on 10v's and i'd imagine people would want an easy swap item that doesnt needs a downpipe change (unless a new downpipe is designed with..)

understatement of the year Jay. I was toying with this idea at one stage but looking at the space available it would need a very expensive customer made job I'm sure.

I dont know if i have a spare manifold here to take measurements from but i'm sure I could do some rough calculations and get a CAD made up possibly. But then the actual fabrication would be more specialist..... We do have Tony on board mind

mandrel bent sections and flanges wont come cheap mind...

I'm sure there would be a few people who would buy one, i want to make full use of the motronic 10V i've got going in my VW T25 crewcab.
