Does anyone have a photo of how the exhaust heat shields are positioned please?
They overlap-Which one goes nearest the exhaust box? Thanks! EDIT : From photos on the net, it looks like the small simpler one would be put on first and the larger one goes on afterwards, so the bigger one is closer to the exhaust. That is how I'm proceeding.

Yup. Small one first.
I used spring loaded clips as per advice on here from a while back. I had to hammer some flat as the fixings in the car were a little rotted away. A couple were missing but in easy places to put a nut and bolt to hold the shields in place.
