Default Head difference

Need help. Curious if anyone can shed some light on differences between the following heads:

034 103 737
034 103 737P
035 103 737AD


I'm knackered with the search.

034 103 373 = KV, 1B, MB.
034 103 373/AD = WR.
034 103 373 R = WN.

Havent seen the "P" variant so have no clue what that fits...
