Default best place to get a new alt, starter and water pump??

as above i want to change the alternator starter and waterpump on my audi 80 1975 where is the best place to get them??, genuine parts if poss, does anyone know if any of the newer model stuff will fit as i work at vag and can get parts cheap!!!

You could get the alternator and starter reconditioned no problem. Would cost about £100 mind...

where is the best place to have that done mate?? does that include cleaning it and repainting etc??

Look them up in the yellow pages. Youll get an exhange unit, i.e you hand in your old units and they give you reconditioned replacements there and then. All the recon units ive had have been like new, cleaned, painted e.t.c
