If anyone has one of these that would be good as I have been advised that I get one to go with my 7A block and standard type 85 gearbox.

Id be inclined to go for an alloy flywheel as itll improve acceleration through the gears and throttle response over the enormously heavy oem items.

Apparantly the 200 one is only 7kgs, and where would you get a alloy one from
