35 years of quattro event,30th August

Right all,
I am in the process of organising a event to celebrate 35years of the Audi quattro on Sunday 30th of August, this will be held at;
Rhu Marina
Helensburgh
G84 8LH

Bring your quattro!
There will be Special cars form the Audi history collection on display, Music, Food, talks, raffle, closed road drive, etc, etc.
This is a charity event to raise funds for the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Hospital

Basic Itinerary for the day;
9-10am, set up and checks
11am, open and car parking for Audi clubs etc
11:45am, Cars leave for the road run ***
1pm, Return to Rhu Marina for lunch etc
2-5pm, Music and talks from guest speakers
5-11pm, disco and dinner, music will be Jazz and dance

***- If we get enough support I am hoping to have one of the roads closed for a 'Run' for quattro cars only.

Although this event is all about 35years of quattro it will be open to everyone so please come in what ever you drive. (as long as it has 4 rings, ha, ha, ha)

I really hope we can get support for this as its for a great cause !
There are plenty of local B&B's for folk coming from further away and there is also a camping area with the usual facilities at the marina if you want to make a weekend of it.
