Steering wheel horn transfer

I've had the RR Nardi steering wheel re leathered and it looks rather dandy except.......the little horn transfer is obviously not present ( unless German cows are bred with this on their hide) So, I am assuming you can't get the transfer...or can you? Any doable ideas without getting my 40 year old Airfix paint brushes out and making it look like something other than what it's supposed to be! Help!
