Default Audi 100 c1 engine mounts question

Hello everyone.I am new into classic Audis, have sold my last Bmw E30,and are thinking of buying an C1.
Looked at a great looking car yesterday, but are a little bit worry about spare parts.
This car is complete, but need new engine mounts.
Have been looking a lot on web,but does anyone knows a source for these parts?

I normally head to the Audi Tradition web site to search for stuff for my CQ. Once there I note part numbers and Google search for stuff. However there's quite a few CA members that appear with random stuff if an ask is put out. Good luck with the search. If you buy one make sure you post pictures... We all like pictures lol.. And welcome to Classic Audi by the way.

You need to join the Audi Coupe S club in Germany. They are piloting a new for old scheme where you donate your engine mount and get new, your mounts then are passed.

Not cheap, think €120 was mentioned.

I've investigated whether it could be done in UK, and it can but in the light of the German scheme nothing was progressed.

Thanks. Is there other parts that is hard to get on these cars. A guy mentioned rubber bushings in front suspension. How about windows and exterior chrome trim?
I have also looked out for lowering kits, but air ride sets is the only options i have found.
And since i live in Norway,i need TUV approved equippment.

You could also join Audi Coupe S club in UK, it is free and you get access to some very knowledgeable people.

Air Ride and lowering are done mainly by VeeDub guys, there are several on this site if you search.

Chrome? See it, buy it, think about it later

German suppliers;

http://www.ak-autoteile.de
http://www.audiersatzteile.de
www.auditeile.com

Weld panels? they are available but I'd recommend getting the car first and the searching. They used to be manufactured by Klokkerholme in Denmark, but were de-listed about 2011. Some still turn on eBay

Hope this helps!
