Default Alarms

one of my audis was throwing a hissy fit in the alarm/ immobiliser dept. the old girl had a rather complex sytem on it that was approx 16 years old so she was due a treat. After speaking to a few learned members on here about systems to use ( and not ) i started to shop around and ended up going with the best quote.
These were a company called Safe N Sound and fitted the cat 1 system with extras for the princely sum of £210....the workmanship by Barry was surperb and very quick and thorough, turns out he has done a few quatts before
I can recommend this guy 100% and he covers most of the UK , tel 0800 955 0900

what sort of "extras" John?
Ben's just taken out my old immobilizer (and gained a few grey hairs in the process!) and I'm probably going to be looking for something in the near future.

No mate, I have stopped it interrupting the starter is all mate as the wiring was badly corroded. It is all back in, now shutting off both fuel pump and ignition instead of just starter too. It's working perfectly every time!!No need for a new-un bud!

I'm getting confused! I'm totally sure you know what you're doing so I'll leave it in your hands

I was going to remove it totally but ,anaged to salvage most of it mate. Just rewired it to cut out ECU and fuel pump rather than starter. This is a high current circuit so best not to have that going through the imobiliser box as it was, but cutting off fuel and ECU works better anyway as how it was before you could have bump started it even with imobiliser on!!!!

It's working great mate, don't waste ya money on any new imobiliser.
