looking grim now for M&S

Just hear don the news that M&S are shutting a number of stores (about 27).

Hopefully not the start of another British shopping name biting the dust.

I feel sad that these British instituitions are forced to close. Woolworths closed last night and i had a tear in my eye. Lots of good childhood memories of woolies, especially the pick and mix.

Marks and Spencer are another legend of the UK high street. I love the service in these shops.

All these type of stores disapearing will mean buying your wife lingere from Tesco with the tatties....
