Bras

Hello peeps, thought the title to this thread would get your attention......

I have to fit one of those anti- stone chip bonnet bras to my uncle's BMW E46.....

Looks simple enough but the instructions say not to keep it on the car for more than 7 days. Apart from ensuring everything is kept as clean as possible, no other details are given.

I have no experience of Bras (not this kind anyway

) and wonder whether they really mean to say do not leave it on the car for more than a week without cleaning everything?

Have any of you used Bras? Sensible comments please.................

Is he planning on using it only on Saturday nights?

As with most blokes it's not something i've ever needed

I would imagine a lot of moisture and dirt can collect in one causing paintwork problems ? If i used one on a car then yes it would be removed and the paintwork cleaned regularly.

They sweat whilst on the car and when you take them off, it can leave discolouration.
