Default WR crank pulley/damper tightening torque

It's been a while since I last did my cam belt. But as I am going to do it again soon I have had a look at the crank pulley tightening info in my Bentley manual and also picked up a forum thread that state different figures. Bentley book states 350Nm which I assume I would have previously done it to, the forum experts are saying 450Nm or 350Nm plus 180 degrees. Anyone got any clarity on the subject?

It's 450Nm unless you use the tool VAG2079 in which case it is 350 Nm
