Been having problems with the roof operation on the 2.8 cabby after it had been parked up over winter and after lots of wiring checks, relay checks, switch changes I decided to have a look on another forum which has a bigger section on Cabriolets..........and guess what after reading one sticky I track the fault down to the damned handbrake switch!!!

Quick squirt of a WD40 and Bobs your Aunty , glorious roof down action!!!........shame I looked a divvy putting the roof down in the rain...

So the moto is..... Things might be small but they are still important

Cheers Chris, biggest motivation has been sourcing the supposed head gasket failure down to the oil cooler

Got lots of new shiny bits arriving over the next week or so hoping to keep the momentum going now..

Might even start a refurb thread seeing as its in such a state after a winter outside..
