Default Regrets. The car you wish you hadn't sold.

Not sure if this thread has been done before
What is the car that you've sold and have regretted selling ever since?

I have a couple.
1. My red 80 Quattro restoration project which I sold when I got ill 2 1/2 years ago.
2. My black VW Golf Rallye.

not seen anything of it on here since it went. Hope it went to a good home and finished to how she should be.

Most things I sold at the right time for the right reasons, so although I miss them, there's no regrets for most of them. There's a few that went before I should have done though and they're the ones I regret.

Skoda Estelle (swapped it fora Riva.... big mistake)
Jetta GTI 16v (didn't realise what I had at the time so it got scrapped over a leaky water pump housing, **** knows what it'd be worth now)
AX GT (by the time we'd fixed everyhing, I was pissed off with it)
Volvo 960 24v Executive (didn't sell it as such, my mate crashed it)
Reliant Kitten (nitrous has its downsides, especcially with alloy engines)
Bedford Rascal (pure comedy until my dad blew it up)

Only two of my 27 I wish I'd never sold.

My 1995 Chavalier 2.0 ecotec gls saloon. Bought from a VW dealership via a mate for £250, Only thing that went wrong in the whole time I owned it was a faulty boot release (like it when I got it and fixed with a scrappy part) and a new alternator. Sold for £210 to make way for my 4.2V8 A6!!

The other one was my pimptastic E46 330d in gold with 18" M3 alloys, sold to make way for my brand new A6 tdie.

Both were more enjoyable drives than the cars that followed and I lost £40 in depreciation on the first and not a penny on the second!! Sold for the exact same as I bought it for.
