HI SEEN ON EBAY(not connected to seller)
Its a 1973 Audi 80L according to the previous owner its the only registered L from this year on the road in england. I have not checked this out but there can surely only a few at most. I am a massive vag fan and when this came up for sale through a friend i just had to have it. With a new business it was a bad time financially for me to be but thought i could make it work. I am now facing a big change in my personal life and have also lost the garage i had lined up to keep it in. I had a mk1 scirocco a few years ago which i kept on my drive and it just deteriorated and i cannot bare to see it happen to this Audi.
I dont know to much about these cars but i know its an extremely solid example. it only has 59000 on the clock and the original dealers sticker in the window. it does not have much service history but by the condition of the car i beleive this to be genuine mileage. It had a rebuild a few years back including a respray in the original colour (coral). It not a concourse car but it would not take a lot to become a show stopper.
It is currently without an mot or tax and would need trailering away but does run and drive very well. As far as i know it mechanically needs a new master cylinder and the exhaust is blowing. The rear boot lock is not fitted and one of the rear doors does not lock. It comes with a box of spares including paint and original steel wheels and hub caps.
Cheers
john
