Default 10v rev limiter

anyone know where they are on a b reg 2 ltr ?i always thought it was the rotor arm that did this but on this engine it is a solid rotor with no mechanism.runs and drives 100 percent but rev limiter is too low

My very first KV engined CQ had a limiter that tended to 'slip' Redline was 6,400 but then slipped down to 4k so I had it reset and quite quickly it dropped down to 4k again so I had the mechanic remove the limiter on the promise that I didn't blow the engine!
