I guess worth is a personal thing. Ive got a mate who owns a racing bike that stands him at £5000.... Another who owns £8000 worth of fishing gear...I can't see it, but if that your thing then it's worth every penny.

What price original ex works Audi Sport kit?.....it doesn't exist anymore. £2000 for Brake Calipers, not including discs, there's another £1000. Then £1500 plus for re manufactured wishbones, not including a £1000 for the platform strut alterations, then another £1000 for coilover fabrication. £1000 fitted for a roll cage, £1000 for Lexan Windows. Fuel Tank £1000. Engine and box another £1000 before its seen a micrometer. £1500 inlet manifold £2500 exhaust manifold. Seats £1000.
I fancy those tyres are getting on for £150 a pop, maybe more and on Magnesium alloys as well? I reckon that little lot, maybe the last finishing touch to a recreation or just a spare set to someone who already owns an original, are worth every penny to the right person.....I've just paid half that amount for my daughters prancing about and drama fees!!!..........now there is a debate on worth, I could talk about for hours ....... The jury is out on that one with me, unless she gets a part in Hollyoaks and starts bringing her mates home!!
