Dirty cheap GT5S

I picked up a lovely one owner since '84 example ont' weekend and now this has come up:

I'm tempted, for parts, but surely someone's got the time/space to save it or just make it a runner?

Here's the photos of her that were sufficient to convince me that, for £250, I couldn't go wrong!

Needs a new radiator, n/s/r and some clutch ajustment (I hope!) and some seat covers then she'll be perfect for use as often as possible! the bark of the 5 clinder is utterly addictive!
