20th anniversary

Just realised that the 20th anniversary of owning my Cq has passed in February, jeez that was a quick 20years in more ways than one

Anyone else owned a car for a longer period

Of course.. Shortly after some arse went into the back of it at a roundabout and the repair was p*** poor in 1994. And when the TSR engine dropped a valve in 1996 Lynn almost made me get rid but that was also a turning point as it then spent 5 years in the garage stripped to last nut and bolt and rebuilt as new, you certainly learn the ins and outs of a car this way

Part of the family now though I'm always stressed when I'm out in it in case some plonker hits it, trys to break in, keys it etc etc.

I never realised you had previously gone down the TSR route. Was it 2.6 Shrick 272 cam conversion?
Just made me think, have had this particular 90q in its various configurations since 1997. It's been off the road for about the same amount of time as yours too! lol
The cars seem to have so much in common!
