Default Coupe 2.0 16v 1993- For Breaking
Seller Type : Private
Vehicle Make : Audi
Vehicle Model : Coupe 2.0 16v
Price : £Open to offers
Location : Wimbledon
Additional Details : V5C (Logbook),Taxed,MOT'd

Im selling my crashed Coupe
160k engine (Was rebuilt about 1k miles ago)
Coupe 2.0 16v - Laser Red
Good beige cloth interior

Crash took out the rad and alot of other pumps and reservoirs, struck the battery first so damage was suprisingly minimal, I dont want to go through the hassle of doing all the panels etc, seeing as its not an S2.
In case someone has a couple of grand for a project....

So, bottom line....
Anybody need this for parts, I would break it but currently dont even have a drive let alone a garage.
If anybody knows of somewhere else I could sell this as it is to recover part of nearly £2k I spent on it in the last 6 months please let me know.

List of stuff done and nearly new parts:
Skimmed
Pressure Tested
Piston Rings
Head Gasket
Head Bolts
Hoses
Engine Mounts
Top Mounts
DownPipe + Gasket
Lambda Sensor
All Service Parts
Brake Hoses
Metering Head
Air flow metre
Comes with new starter motor (Not fitted)
Fancy wheels that are fairly kerbed up
Front tyres : 2 week old yokohamas
Rear tyres : V good tread (Toyo I think)

Other parts that have been replaced have been damaged.

HAVE to get rid of this by end of Jan latest, so any help from you guys would be appreciated.

Bump. If anybody has space and time for this, you can make some serious money from selling the tyres alone!!!

Or it can be fixed up, I just dont have the time or money or a garage!

With scrap up at 200/ton you might be wise to weigh it in tbh.

Source some steelies to replace the alloys & sell them seperately, phone around scrapyards/scrap metal merchants for prices to find the best & consider the possiblity of splitting some parts off, like saleable interior parts, rear lights, etc that won't affect the weight of the car if you get offered a price based on the tonnage. Enquire with breakers first so you don't end up doing yourself out of money.

The sad reality is you're not going to see anywhere near your 2 grand back... just got to put that down to experience I would have thought.

I know I wont see anywhere near the 2k back I really do.
My parking permit for the car runs out end of Feb, and either way im in the process of moving house so dont have time or money to run around trying to scrap it.
I know the tyres alone are worth a few bob, I am really wiling to take any offers, someone can make a bloody good bit o' cash on this if they have the time and space for it.
Imagine selling all of those recently replaced parts on ebay! Also have a fitted once starter motor which is worth £100+ that I will throw in.
