Default 1970 Audi 60l - LHD
Vehicle Model : Audi 60l
Price : £???
Location : West London

Hi guys,
I have 1970 Audi 60l for sale. It is LHD model supplied and used in Germany (still german reg on it). Car was properly repainted 2 years ago in its original colour and drives superb. Engine is still its original one and basicly car is ready to drive daily.
Due to change of my circumstances I am forced to sell few of my toys as my contract in England has been extended and I have to clear up space in Europe and cannot store them anymore.
I would like to ask you to help me in valuation of this one - I don't know much about audi as I am into classic fiats and alfas. All comment will be much apreciated.
What should I ask for it in the Uk? What's the good, honest price?

I agree £100 isn't enough. I'd look on Mobile.de and compare to them prices. Or speak to the big Coxy himself he'll have an idea.

wow, love it and love it some more!

Really hard to put a price on these. You'll find Audi 60's for sale quite often on Mobile.de and they seem to go for between 4000 and 6000 euro's but low mileage examples can fetch a lot more. That said, those that need work will go for a lot less as parts are very difficult to obtain (especially wings!!!)

Big Coxy himself bodywork is just superb and engine was fully rebuilt so it is definitely everyday use car. On Mobile.de these prices are mad. Question is - what will I get in the UK? I already know how hard is to price some rare models as I rid of few my toys already.
So basicly my question was more about what do you think it will fetch. Very roughly.
I can obviously get it registered so it would come with UK regstration, years MOT and years free tax.

Very difficult market to be honest as you're bringing a left hand drive car in to a RHD market.
Value of these in the UK would be whether it's an original RHD model.
Otherwise it would be similar to what they are fetching over on mobile.de as anyone who is wanting one could just hire a trailer and head over to Germany and bring one back for about £300 (fuel and trailer hire).
There's a liking for the early stuff over in Ireland, but a lot of that is the 2 stroke DKW (F102's), basically the model before these.
But again, the popularity of that is also down to the fact that the cars were manufactured in Ireland back in the early 1960's.

got to make more sense to take it back home to sell,

titeass Brits are simply not willing to pay the going rate for such cars,

if they were, then RAL...F would have sold months ago.

Just love the colour, reflects the era of the car spot-on.
