B3 Coupe Drivers seat

Right...One of the cables has come off the handle that tilts the seat forward, don't know if it has snapped or just worked its way loose...Problem is, is that it is obviously within the seat.
Is this a relatively easy repair?

yes it's fairly easy take the back rest off (push in clips on the trims and a c clip hold it on you might have to release a bit of the trim from under the seat can't remember buts its not difficult ) then look at the bottom edge the trim is held on by "spikes" in metal seat frame release these and you can get under the cover.

sometimes the cable has just stretched you can be crafty and just drill a hole below the original one in the hinge and fit the cable into this if this is has happened

would love to know same has happened to my passenger side. Then again I need new seats my frame snapped on the driver side lol musta got fat over xmas
