Rainy autumn suday in New England.
Pot of coffee made. So I decided to make a new varient on an old cookie recipe. Started with classic oatmeal raisin cookie. Dialed back the quantities on the oats and raisins a skosh. Added 2 additional goodies, dark chocalate bits and walnut bits. 4 goodies in a cookie = UrQookies Super hearty, not too sweet. |
