Default Mixing with Royalty

Spent some time this week with Royalty as their train was in to have it's tyres trimed down to take the flats off them, as I was working alongside it.

Apparently the wheels are first measured and then the tryes are then machined down to remove any high spots, flats, and grooves that have been picked up. The loco and all the carriages are checked then turned down if required, all done whilst the wheels are in place. Two locos and eight carriages.
