Need a decent one, obviously Nla....well it would be wouldnt it? ![]() Mines not doing the job, just locks wont switch over and unlock doors despite the wiring checking out and hoses holding good pressure. |

Have you opened the case, and checked for dry joints and grime?

Inside the pump there is a switch
The contacts are dirty I used 600 Emery paper to clean the two points If you pm me your email I will send a complete check I did all mine

Thanks for the replies fellas, I fixed the bloody thing!
For future reference mine was not working correctly because at some point the little changeover switch inside the top cover had been removed and inserted 180 degrees so although it fitted it didn't do anything! Just another of malarkeys messings probably.... ![]() After doing that the pump functioned fine so with eager anticipation it was replaced and setup ready to go. hmmm had another problem then, the drivers side lock would be pressed down to lock and the passenger side went up! And vicey versy. Checking the wiring on the door switch revealed the chopped wiring I'd seen earlier and the wires for lock unlock were reversed so switching them around now means the locks work correctly. hoo flipping Ray! thanks all again for offers and advice.
