This place is in Mere,very near Knutsford, over the water behind the golf club. The houses down the road that it's on back onto the Mere, valued probs around minimum £2M to £8M, not done a Zoopla but trust me, loadsamonnee. Footballer belt.

He'll probably sell locally.

With about a 1000 left in UK, zero interest rates, what better to spend and have fun in.
