help help heater blower

Please can sum1 tell me wat this could be as it's doing my head in my 1985 90 cd battery went flat last weekend I discovered that when car is stopped and no keys in it my heater blower works any clues too wat I could check,

Ignition switch. I'll guess that you're able to switch headlights on with ignition off now as well.

Or X relay, but I think that's less likely, although you can begin with it.
