You need to undo the 4 bolts under the scuttle panel to release the heater box enough to lower it.
The heater matrix is slipped out from the right hand side of the heater box after removing both the coolant pipes.
Its not a mega hard job to do, honestly and no need to remove the entire dash, trust me.
