My very first Audi was a 1985 80GL which was metallic black with a silver fleck - I seem to recall it was "Graphite Grey". I know it was a bugger to match the paint when a car park barrier came down on the roof when I was a bit slow to get out from under at LHR after picking up one of my German colleagues.
