Yep, know what you mean about the silicone contamination. I've got a couple small clear coat scratches on the green goddess that otherwise spoils a near mint finish on the car. I'm hoping to use a tooth pic and pen some clear in carefully. I've got one on the other side which is 8 long hopefully do the same. I've never tried that before but what do you reckon?

Is it in the clear coat ?
