If thats the case how do you explain Cortina prices now? They were never aspirational !!
And in any case aspirations of little boys are not the same as grown men.I was once a teenager in a Ford. I used to ignore Audi until i drove one in 89 and abruptly dumped any idea i had about hankering after anything else. The Audi was simply the better car in all segment areas!!
