Yep, looks like a fair price. But I bet you wish you discovered it a few months back when it was up for-sale before. Previous owner had it up for £3k
when I contacted him he was very intrested to here it up for sale so quickly after he'd sold it. Dan must have worked overtime to get it up and running and looking so nice
