Aye, hope for wind and rain or come back stinking of bonfire smoke, it's the way of things. Suppose that's why nobody lives there.
Just back from a tour ourselves, ended up getting as far as the ar*e end of South Uist but the midges are just about as numerous as the busses full of Chinese people these days!
Uist there's no tourists.. well just weird ones.
