Now it's between a TT coupe or TT Roadster, both have to be semi auto (i like tiptronic  ), both have to be quattro too, from looking hard at data, and figures the 225 has a 0-62 time of 5.7 seconds, not bad for a 1.8 turbo is it.

I'd be all for the 1.8T but make sure you get one that has been well looked after, I made the mistake of buying an A4 1.8Tq in 2009 that didn't have a full service history (to be fair they don't know what that is in Ireland, you're lucky to get the car!), had it 12 months or so and the turbo went bang due to the wrong type of oil being used prior to my ownership. Had to replace the engine in the finish and it was never quite the same car. Oh, and I'm a coupe all the way.
