Driving a Transit van on a sheet of ice, not realising I was on a sheet of ice. Then when I realised I was on a sheet of ice, eased off the go pedel. That was all well and good, but I forgot my van's got a stupid amount of torque so it kept doing about 40 while I did some epic fishtailing, got it up on 2 wheels and spun it round into a ditch.
Lending a "mate" my beautiful, spotless black Volvo 960 Exec. Never saw that one again.
Dropping the bonnet on my Camry without moving a spanner off the wing top. Damn near had tears over that one.
