Actually there isn't anything complicated
Remove that little plastic part which covers gap between gauges and center console - to do that, u have to remove cover of heater switches - pull all three knobs off, unscrew two screws, when cover is off, u will see two screws that holds that plastic piece in place. Next unscrew 13mm nut under rear ashtray and 8mm bolt which is under that little plastic cover next to handbrake. Remove gearstick knob, pull rearmost part [that one which is around handbrake] of center console a little bit rearwards, , switch in 4th gear, so gearstick is pointed to rear, pull gearstick's cover off, then pull that piece of center console up and away. When putting it back, be careful with clamps that holds it against dashboard.
