Hello all
You may not have seen much activity from me on here recently, I've been busy fixing up the 200 turbo and getting your Christmas pressies sorted out - the 2010 calendar!
Anyway...I need your help! The 200 turbo is running too hot when driving at slow speeds and when stationary. Since I've bought it and the problem becoming apparent, I thought it would be a good idea to flush the radiator completely and put new antifreeze in (stuff that was in there was bright green!

) and have fitted a new fan switch (thought it may be faulty and not working on the first speed).
Nothing has changed...it's still the same.

The fan cuts in at three quarters by which point it's pretty hot and struggles to get the temperature down (just stays in the same position). Once the car is turned off, it'll sit there for 10-15 minutes with the fan on until it's cool again. It can't be the thermostat because it warms up normally and sit's between a quarter and a half when driving normally.
The good news is the fact that it's never actually overheated, just runs hot! Has anyone got any ideas? Starting to pull my hair out over this one!
Thanks
