Pristine wheels did a first rate job on my mbs wheels, repairng all scuffs etc and they looked brand new when they'd finished (and picked them upm and dropped them off aswell). Mind you at £50 a corner they should have!
I think doing it yourself isn't a bad idea if you've got the time and it's not your "pride-and-joy". I've done steel wheels before and a days easy work gave cracking results, although it was summer so they could dry easy
