There's total wheel works in nottingham, don't know what they charge now though, and a place called laptab somewhere in birmingham who did some wheels for a mate of mine some time ago, they were pretty cheap at the time. The last set I had done were done by belmont meatal refinishers (or something like that) in leicestershire, they did a very good job, i think it was about £40 per wheel. I've got their number somewhere.
