I would recomment trying it yourself to be honest mate, nip down to halfrauds and get a tub of chemical metal, sand paper, etching primer and siver or whatevercolor you want (rattle cans).
use the sandpaper to key the wheels, use chemical metal like body filler, mask them up(tyres), prime them and paint them.
wont cost much at-all and I bet you'll be suprised with the finish!
